4:59 / 1744974 viewThank you all for the support and compliments on this video. Warner Music Group decided they wanted to pull my video for copyright infringement when Robert Richie (Kid Rock) and his video producers (RefusedTV) had both commended me and even asked for advice on their "official" video. They are trying to claim their rights were infringed upon under DRM. However, this has done NOTHING to harm them and perhaps has actually pushed their song to more listeners. Thank you YouTube for listening to my rebuttal and reposting my video. Lastly, God bless you Mr Brossard. You were my inspiration for this video. Also, thank you to all of the staff at the Elliot in the Morning Show and ABC for broadcasting Kid's kind words regarding my video. Robert Hamilton

It's the scene where Homer Smith, played by Sidney Poitier leaves Mother Maria, played by Lilia Skala after building them a chapel. After taking one last look at the chapel he built, Smith, knowing that his work is done, slips into his car and drives quietly off into the night. www.imdb.com

This sample was used extensively in early hiphop and sample-based music, and became the basis for drum-and-bass and jungle music -- a six-second clip that spawned several entire subcultures. Nate Harrison's 2004 video is a meditation on the ownership of culture, the nature of art and creativity, and the history of a remarkable music clip.

They had a sound that was somewhat similar to the Impressions, but were unfortunate enough to have signed with Curtom before the label had national distribution, and the single never got the play it should have. A year after leaving Curtom, they hit for the Metromedia label with a huge single called "Color Him Father," which became a Top Ten R&B and pop hit, just missing number one on the R&B list, and also earned a Grammy for Best R&B Song. It was both a great tribute number and outstanding lead vocal from Richard Spencer, along with Ray Maritano, Quincy Mattison, Phil Tolotta, Sonny Peckrol, and GC Coleman. Mattison and Coleman were veterans of Otis Redding's band. The Winstons eventually toured as the backup band for the Impressions, but never again made any noise on the charts. 0:0 / 94823 view*****[LYRICS]***** From the corner of my eye There's a tear I'm trying to cry But the feeling can't be found Like a note thrills in a song When I play it again, it's gone Cuz it was never in the sound And it keeps me wanting That mysterious thing Like a night is waiting for a dawn Every prayer I say (a little closer) To my resting place (a little closer) Where my final breath is the beginning To never needing And I will find my last Amen I could swear I have two hearts One to stay, one to depart This sad, tragic kingdom And it burns me down to the core Because I know there's so much more It's just a pale reflection And it keeps me wanting That mysterious thing Like an outcast waiting to belong And while the thrills are fading The joy is in the waiting Somewhere in the grand design It's good be unsatisfied It keeps the faith and hope a little more alive Support DonwHere on there MySpace: www.myspace.com/downhere

10:1 / 48140 viewDaniel Amen, MD, one of the world's foremost authorities on the brain, has news for you: your brain is involved in everything you do—learn to care for it properly, and you will be smarter, healthier, and happier in as little as 15 days! You probably run, lift weights, or do yoga to keep your body in great shape; you put on sunscreen and lotions to protect your skin; but chances are you simply ignore your brain and trust it to do its job. People unknowingly endanger or injure their brains, stress them by working at a frenzied pace and not getting enough sleep, pollute them with caffeine, alcohol, and drugs, and deprive them of proper nutrients. Brain dysfunction is the number one reason people fail at school, work, and relationships. The brain is the organ of learning, working, and loving—the supercomputer that runs our lives. It's very simple: when our brains work right, we work right—and when our brains have trouble, we have trouble in our lives. In this age of do-it-yourself health care (heck, if the doctor only sees you for 10 minutes each visit, what other options are there?), Change Your Brain, Change Your Life fits in perfectly. Filled with "brain prescriptions" (among them cognitive exercises and nutritional advice) that are geared toward readers who've experienced anxiety, depression, impulsiveness, excessive anger or worry, and obsessive behavior, Change Your Brain, Change Your Life milks the mind-body connection for all it's worth.
