4:41 / 102217 viewWritten by León Gieco and recorded by Sosa and Gieco in l984, this is a song that reflects well "the voice of the voiceless ones" as she was referred to. Also known as "La Negra" (for her Diaguitan origin), Sosa performed Argentine music/folk songs, Brazilian and Cuban music as well as a tribute to Chilean poet Violeta Parra in 1971. That song, Gracias a la vida, was to become one of her signature songs. Here, Sosa addresses the horrors of terror and war as they affect the people, the innocents, the inheritants of injustice. Throughout her career, Sosa was a social activist receiving many acknowledgements for her contributions to the fight for justice and human rights. English translation of lyrics included.

Lyrics in english and spanish. English by Gabriela (gabiluz1796 ). YEARS - Pablo Milanéz Time is going, we are getting older and I don't reflect the love, like yesterday. In each conversation, each kiss, each hug, a piece of reason always prevails. The years goes by and changes what I feel what yesterday used to be love becomes another feeling Because years ago take your hand and kiss you without to strain was part of a truth Time is going, we are getting older and I don't reflect the love, like yesterday. In each conversation, each kiss, each hug, a piece of fear always prevails. We are living viewing the hours passing away The old discussions missing themselves amid the reasons For everything you say yes For nothing I say no To allow us to build this tremendous harmony that puts old the hearts As time passes We are getting old and I don't reflect the love, like yesterday. SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO. SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO, SOBREVIVIENDO.
